In 1984, Larry Carney left the position of Plant Engineering Maintenance Manager at the Borden's Milk Company in Houston to start Quality Maintenance Services.

In 2000 he joined forces with Tony Samper, in order to better represent the mechanical, electrical and plumbing services being offered, the name of AMERICAN SERVICES was branded.



Since then, their family of residential, commercial, and institutional service companies has been delivering the very highest quality of air conditioning, heating, electrical, and plumbing services in the Houston metropolitan area, and from College Station to Beaumont.

In addition to the many residential and commercial clients, the company is very proud to serve many United States Federal Government Agencies.
